PIONEER COMMERCE LTD
Terms & Conditions
The details behind your selection, quotation and confirmed order.

1. About PIONEER COMMERCE LTD
This website is operated by PIONEER COMMERCE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16925633. Our registered office is 61 Bridge Street, Kington, Herefordshire, United Kingdom, HR5 3DJ. We serve business and private customers in the UK and EU.
Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 UK local time, excluding UK public holidays. The registered office is not a retail shop, collection point or routine returns depot.
2. The collection and product information
The website presents a proposed electronics collection and guide prices. Images illustrate product concepts and are not photographs of verified current stock. Before you order, we confirm the actual product description, technical specifications, power requirements, compatibility and availability. Screen settings can also affect the appearance of colours.
Product selections are enquiries, not a live inventory check. Please review the exact model and specifications in the quote. We will not replace an agreed item with a materially different product without your consent.
For electronics, the accepted quotation identifies the actual manufacturer and model and any relevant plug type, voltage, keyboard layout, operating system, connection requirements and included accessories. App compatibility, paid subscriptions, software updates and any manufacturer warranty are also confirmed where relevant. We do not promise a particular certification or manufacturer authorisation through an illustrative image.
3. Enquiries and contract formation
Adding an item to your selection, downloading a summary or preparing an email does not create a contract, reserve stock or take payment. The enquiry email must be sent by you. We then provide a quotation showing the goods, quantities, complete price, payment conditions and delivery arrangements.
You may request corrections or decline the quotation. A sales contract is formed only when, after you agree to the quotation, we send written order acceptance. We will provide the accepted order details and applicable policies in a form you can retain.
4. Prices, volume savings and payment
Displayed prices are guide prices per unit in pounds sterling, including UK taxes where applicable. The enquiry calculator totals the selected quantities at these guide prices. Any business or quantity-specific pricing is confirmed in your written quotation; no automatic discount is promised.
The quotation confirms the total payable, applicable taxes, shipping and any known additional charges. EU import and handling arrangements will be stated before acceptance. An obvious pricing error will be explained before we accept an order so you can decide whether to proceed.
We supply payment instructions with the quotation or accepted order. This website does not process card payments or collect bank credentials. Never send full card details or passwords by email. Any deposit or balance deadline must be expressly agreed in writing.
5. Delivery, cancellation and returns
Delivery is governed by the accepted quotation and our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, refunds and problems with goods are addressed in our Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over any conflicting term. Business-specific conditions must be agreed before the order is accepted.
Contact us about applicable electrical-equipment or battery recycling and take-back arrangements. Do not send end-of-life equipment or batteries to our registered office without first arranging the appropriate route.
6. Website use
Use the site lawfully and submit accurate order details. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or submit another person’s information without authority. We may correct or update collection information; changes do not retrospectively alter an accepted order.
7. Responsibility and complaints
We are responsible for supplying the goods as agreed and for obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot be limited by law.
If you have a complaint, contact us with the order reference and the outcome you are seeking. We will review it and explain the next steps. We do not make a particular external dispute-resolution service a compulsory route for consumers.
8. Law and consumer protection
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in the courts available under the law of their country of habitual residence. Business disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales unless otherwise agreed in writing.
